Dry Tortugas National Park

Dry Tortugas National Park is located 70 miles west of Key West, and is accessible by tour or private boat. The centerpiece of the park is Fort Jefferson, a Civil War era fort, built to protect the Caribbean Sea and Mississippi River Mouth. It never saw any action.
